- LIP and GLORY models (regulations for NPC / IFBB pro league and in general all federations except Fit Italy and IFBB elite international):               

 heel is 12.7cm and the wedge about 2cm

- GALA models (compulsory and regulatory competitions FIT Italy and IFBB elite international and accepted by all other federations):                                                 

heel is 11 cm and the sole is flat

Simple and elegant line, designed to slim the leg. In the race, colored shoes and wedges that are too high should be avoided, as they are vulgar and shorten the leg instead of slimming it.
