Refund policy
The right of withdrawal can be exercised on all items in the manner provided by law, with the exception of suits decorated made on request, since they constitute an item of high economic value made at the explicit request of the customer and responding to needs agreed upon by both parties, as indicated in the appropriate section "Changes and suits decorated on request." In addition, exchange cannot 'be made for items (suits plain , shoes) not in stock and requested and produced or ordered at the explicit request of the customer.
The right of withdrawal is regulated in accordance with the law D.L. 206/2005 if the customer-consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.
Your rights for an exchange or refund are warranted only by mandatory communicating them at the email info@angelsuits.com as soon as possible and anyway before 14 days from the day of the goods delivery
Note: Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
No right of withdrawal provided for in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Legislative Decree No. 185 (May 22, 1999) will be exercised for the purchase of custom-made or clearly customized goods.
MODE OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions:
• The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and equipment, etc.);
• The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
• The owner of Angelsuits is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
RETURN OF GOODS
The methods for returning the goods established by the owner once the customer-consumer has decided to exercise the right of withdrawal are:
• Communication of shipment with relative waybill at full cost and responsibility of the customer via e-mail
• Without prejudice to any repair costs for ascertained damage to the original packaging, the holder will refund the customer the amount already paid, withholding the shipping costs, within 14 days of the return of the goods, by bank transfer. It will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN Code)
WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL LAPSES
The right of withdrawal lapses totally, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the property (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where the owner ascertains:
• asking for it after 14 days from the goods delivery
- Even partial use of the asset and any consumables;
- The lack of the original outer packaging and/or inner packaging;
- Damage to the product due to causes other than its transportation;
- damage to the goods during return (by the customer) in case of shipment without insurance;
- in the above cases, the owner will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the sender for shipping costs.
Customers who purchase with VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
SIZE CHANGES (TIME FOR CHANGES UP TO 10-15 WORKING DAYS)
If you have purchased an item (suit simple men's or women's, shoes, clothing or any other item available and ready on the site, except items ordered on request and suit decorated on request) but you find you have made a mistake (e.g. size) you can safely request an exchange, just :
* Notify the intention to make the exchange as soon as possible, maximum within 14 days of receiving the goods, by sending an email to info@angesuits.com
* Check the availability of the item you want in exchange and let us know so we can put it aside for you and prevent it from running out.
* Make sure that the goods to be exchanged are intact, clean, undamaged and complete with labels and packaging bag or box as you received them.
* If you have purchased multiple items, be careful to put the item back exactly in its bag, do not exchange it (read the description above the barcode)
* Print the return form that we will send you and insert one copy inside and 1 attached to the outside of the envelope or package that you will use for shipping
* Repack the goods in a protective bag or box for shipping
* Send your return as soon as possible, maximum within 14 days of purchase, to the address we will indicate to you, with a traceable shipment, and send us the courier and tracking number, so that we can keep track of your shipment.
* Pay the costs (10.50 euros for Italy) for the shipment of the item you want IN EXCHANGE.
* As soon as you receive the goods, check the status and receive payment of the new shipping costs, you will be sent the requested item in exchange.
* N.B: The timing of the change obviously also depends on the type of shipment you carry out.
* No returns or exchanges are made in the case of the purchase of customized products, on request or in OUTLET.
* N.B. in all cases where a refund is requested by us any fees (PayPal, bank transfer or recharge or postepay) are the responsibility of the customer.
* in case of request for a complete return of the article instead of a replacement, management costs may be requested. (n.b. for man physique shorts there are no complete returns but only size or item changes).
URGENT SIZE CHANGES
If you have purchased an item (simple costume for men or women, shoes, clothing or any other item available and ready on the site, except items ordered on request and costume decorated on request) but you realize you have made a mistake (for example size) AND YOU NEED TO RECEIVE THE EXCHANGE IN LESS THAN 10 WORKING DAYS, we advise you to
* buy and pay immediately for the desired item, so it will be sent to you immediately
* make sure that the goods to be exchanged are intact, clean, undamaged and complete with labels and packaging bag or box as you received them.
* indicate to us by email info@angelsuits.com the wish to return the item in possession
* print the return form that we will send you and put one copy inside and 1 attached to the outside of the envelope or package you will use for shipping
* repack the goods in a protective bag or box for shipping
* if you bought multiple items, be careful to put the item back exactly in its bag, do not exchange it (read the description above the barcode)
* send the goods with a courier of your choice, but absolutely via a traceable shipment and exclusively to the address we send you via email
* email us the courier used and the tracking number
* write to us how you would like to receive a refund
* as soon as we receive the goods and check the condition, we will refund the item sent, net of shipping costs.

EXCHANGE ITEMS UPON REQUEST AND CUSTOM-DECORATED COSTUMES
No exchanges or refunds are made on custom decorated suits , if you are not familiar with my work, are afraid of getting the wrong size or have any doubts please contact me. I will be able to give you all the necessary directions and you can, for example, first buy the basic suits plain , once you receive them try them on and get all the advice you need, even sending me photos with the suits on via email and only after verifying that the size is right proceed to the custom decoration work. Once the work has begun, it is no longer possible to withdraw the purchase.
