Shipping policy

Shipping:

 INSIDE ITALY

 - shipping via Bartolini or SDA courier

- cost 10.50 euros

- delivery times: orders placed before 10 in the morning on a working day are shipped the same day, those placed after this time are placed on the following working day. No shipments or deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays and on public holidays. Delivery times, once the order has been shipped, are 2-4 working days.

-Shipping takes place only after receipt of payment:

Payments by credit card or PayPal reach us immediately.

Payments by postepay top-up or instant bank transfer arrive as soon as you make the payment, but take care to notify us of the payment if you are urgent.

Payments by ordinary bank transfer can take from 1 to 3 days to be credited to our account, send us confirmation of payment, however the orders will not be shipped until we receive them on the account.

The customer must subsequently report any damage within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the goods. After 7 days from the delivery, I am no longer responsible for damages occurred during transportation.

 We ship worldwide.

Costs vary from area to area and are calculated automatically at checkout, delivery times are on average 3 working days once the shipment has been made, the shipment takes place only after receipt of payment.
