Terms and Conditions of Sale (Last updated: April 2, 2021)

Access to and use of www.angelsuits.com is subject to adherence to the terms and conditions set forth below including all documents referenced therein. By accessing or using the Web site, you represent that you agree to and are legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Changes in terms

This Agreement may be amended at any time, and any amendment will be effective immediately upon notice of the amended agreement. You, by 'accessing and using the Web Site, agree to periodically review this Agreement and to abide by its subsequent amendments.

2. Orders

Orders are accepted only and exclusively in written form, or by fax, or via the Internet (online) after data registration. The Customer who sends the order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication confirming the order by e-mail (E-mail), with the indication of the relative order number. The Customer is required to check the order details in the email received and to promptly notify Angelsuits of any errors. Otherwise the indications contained in the e-mail received will apply to the Contract. Following payment and shipment of the material, the Customer will receive the sales note. Invoices or tax receipts are issued at the express request of the customer at the time of purchase and only in the presence of complete and not partial or confused data in the order confirmation email. Angelsuits reserves the right to accept or refuse the order at its sole discretion.

3. Return of goods

If for any reason he/she is not satisfied with the products received, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract in the manner and under the terms set out on the Right of Withdrawal page which is an integral part of this document.

4. Pricing and availability

The prices of Angelsuits' products are clearly indicated on the site and, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of VAT. To the price of the product must be added any customs taxes and any shipping costs, the amount of which may vary depending on the delivery method requested. In the event that the product is not available, the Customer will be promptly informed by e-mail. Price and availability data shown on the Angelsuits website are subject to change without notice.

5. Delivery of products

Angelsuits will deliver the products ordered to the address listed as "Shipping Address". All delivery times quoted on Angelsuits are estimates based solely on availability, normal order processing and delivery times stated by the carriers. The Customer will contextually receive by e-mail the tracking number of the shipment which he/she can check directly on the carrier's website.

6. Limitation of liability

By using the Angelsuits Web site, the Customer assumes all responsibility and risk relating to its use and any services contained therein. Angelsuits assumes no responsibility for errors and omissions within this Web site or any other Web site that may be referenced and linked. In no event shall Angelsuits be liable for any specific, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind or for any damages including without limitation those resulting from loss of data or profits.

The items photographed are those sold, but often the color of fabrics and Swarovski crystals is sensitive to slight variations due to light.

Custom decorated suits are freshly prepared at the request of the customer, referring to the photos displayed on the site. Angelsuits undertakes to create a faithful reproduction of the general design and the agreed economic value, however these are handcrafted products that have normal variations due to manual skill and which constitute an added value.

The information on this site may contain typos, technical or other inaccuracies. At any time and without notice Angelsuits may make corrections, changes and improvements to the information. All changes will become operative from the moment of publication. It is the responsibility of the Customer to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of what is published. Angelsuits does not guarantee that the site will never be interrupted, that it will be error-free, or that errors present will be corrected.

7. Links to third party sites

Links on the Web site may provide access to other sites. These linked sites are not under the control of Angelsuits, which cannot be held responsible for the content on each linked site.

8. Current legislation and expertise

Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and breach of the contract entered into online by the Customer with Angelsuits, is subject to Italian jurisdiction and in particular by the provisions of Legislative Decree September 6, 2005, No. 206 , Consumer Code, pursuant to Article 7 of Law No. 229 of July 29, 2003. For any dispute between the parties in this regard, the Court of the place of residence or domicile of the Customer, if located in the Italian territory, shall have jurisdiction. If the Customer's domicile or residence is not within the Italian territory, the competent Court shall be that of execution of the contract.

9. Illegality of terms and conditions

If for any reason any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of remaining terms and conditions will not be affected.

 

Right of Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal can be exercised on all items in the manner provided by law, with the exception of suits decorated made on request, since they constitute an item of high economic value made at the explicit request of the customer and responding to needs agreed upon by both parties, as indicated in the appropriate section "Changes and suits decorated on request." In addition, exchange cannot 'be made for items (suits plain , shoes) not in stock and requested and produced or ordered at the explicit request of the customer.

Il diritto di recesso è regolato ai sensi di legge D.L. 206/2005 se il cliente-consumatore (ossia una persona fisica che acquista la merce per scopi non riferibili alla propria attività professionale, ovvero non effettua l’acquisto indicando nel modulo d’ordine un riferimento di partita iva) ha diritto di recedere dal contratto di acquisto per qualsiasi motivo.

Per esercitare tale diritto il cliente dovrà inviare una email a info@angelsuits.com per avvisare della volontà di esercitare tale diritto il prima possibile e comunque entro 14 giorni dalla data di consegna della merce.

Nota Bene: Non possono esercitare il diritto di recesso i clienti che acquistano con Partita IVA.

No right of withdrawal provided for in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Legislative Decree No. 185 (May 22, 1999) will be exercised for the purchase of custom-made or clearly customized goods.

Il diritto di recesso è comunque sottoposto alle seguenti condizioni:

• Il bene acquistato dovrà essere integro e restituito nella confezione originale, completa in tutte le sue parti (comprese imballo ed eventuale documentazione e dotazione ecc.);

• La spedizione, fino all’attestato di avvenuto ricevimento nel nostro magazzino, è sotto la completa responsabilità del cliente;

• Il titolare di Angelsuits non risponde in nessun modo per danneggiamenti o furto/smarrimento di beni restituiti con spedizioni non assicurate.

The right of withdrawal is regulated in accordance with the law D.L. 206/2005 if the customer-consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.

Your rights for an exchange or refund are warranted only by mandatory communicating them at the email info@angelsuits.com as soon as possible and anyway before 14 days from the day of the goods delivery 

Note: Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

No right of withdrawal provided for in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Legislative Decree No. 185 (May 22, 1999) will be exercised for the purchase of custom-made or clearly customized goods.

MODE OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions:

• The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and equipment, etc.);

• The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;

• The owner of Angelsuits is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

 

RETURN OF GOODS

The methods for returning the goods established by the owner once the customer-consumer has decided to exercise the right of withdrawal are:

• Communication of shipment with relative waybill at full cost and responsibility of the customer via e-mail

• Without prejudice to any repair costs for ascertained damage to the original packaging, the holder will refund the customer the amount already paid, withholding the shipping costs, within 14 days of the return of the goods, by bank transfer. It will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN Code)

WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL LAPSES

The right of withdrawal lapses totally, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the property (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where the owner ascertains:

• asking for it after 14 days from the goods delivery

- Even partial use of the asset and any consumables;

- The lack of the original outer packaging and/or inner packaging;

- Damage to the product due to causes other than its transportation;

- damage to the goods during return (by the customer) in case of shipment without insurance;

- in the above cases, the owner will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the sender for shipping costs.

Customers who purchase with VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

SIZE CHANGES (TIME FOR CHANGES UP TO 10-15 WORKING DAYS)

If you have purchased an item (suit simple men's or women's, shoes, clothing or any other item available and ready on the site, except items ordered on request and suit decorated on request) but you find you have made a mistake (e.g. size) you can safely request an exchange, just :

* Notify the intention to make the exchange as soon as possible, maximum within 14 days of receiving the goods, by sending an email to info@angesuits.com

* Check the availability of the item you want in exchange and let us know so we can put it aside for you and prevent it from running out.

* Make sure that the goods to be exchanged are intact, clean, undamaged and complete with labels and packaging bag or box as you received them.

* If you have purchased multiple items, be careful to put the item back exactly in its bag, do not exchange it (read the description above the barcode)

* Print the return form that we will send you and insert one copy inside and 1 attached to the outside of the envelope or package that you will use for shipping

* Repack the goods in a protective bag or box for shipping

* Send your return as soon as possible, maximum within 14 days of purchase, to the address we will indicate to you, with a traceable shipment, and send us the courier and tracking number, so that we can keep track of your shipment.

* Pay the costs of 10.50 euros (for Italy) for the shipment of the item you want IN EXCHANGE.

* As soon as you receive the goods, check the status and receive payment of the new shipping costs, you will be sent the requested item in exchange.

* N.B: The timing of the change obviously also depends on the type of shipment you carry out.

* No returns or exchanges are made in the case of the purchase of customized products, on request or in OUTLET.

* N.B. in all cases where a refund is requested by us any fees (PayPal, bank transfer or recharge or postepay) are the responsibility of the customer.

* in case of request for a complete return of the article instead of a replacement, management costs may be requested. (n.b. for man physique shorts there are no complete returns but only size or item changes).

URGENT SIZE CHANGES

If you have purchased an item (simple costume for men or women, shoes, clothing or any other item available and ready on the site, except items ordered on request and costume decorated on request) but you realize you have made a mistake (for example size) AND YOU NEED TO RECEIVE THE EXCHANGE IN LESS THAN 10 WORKING DAYS, we advise you to

* buy and pay immediately for the desired item, so it will be sent to you immediately

* make sure that the goods to be exchanged are intact, clean, undamaged and complete with labels and packaging bag or box as you received them.

* indicate to us by email info@angelsuits.com the wish to return the item in possession

* print the return form that we will send you and put one copy inside and 1 attached to the outside of the envelope or package you will use for shipping

* repack the goods in a protective bag or box for shipping

* if you bought multiple items, be careful to put the item back exactly in its bag, do not exchange it (read the description above the barcode)

* send the goods with a courier of your choice, but absolutely via a traceable shipment and exclusively to the address we send you via email

* email us the courier used and the tracking number

* write to us how you would like to receive a refund

* as soon as we receive the goods and check the condition, we will refund the item sent, net of shipping costs.

* No returns or exchanges are made in the case of the purchase of customized products, on request or in OUTLET.

* N.B. in all cases where a refund is requested by us any fees (PayPal, bank transfer or recharge or postepay) are the responsibility of the customer.

* in the event of a request for a complete return of the item instead of a replacement, management costs may be requested (n.b. for man physique shorts, complete returns are not made but only size or item changes).

EXCHANGE ITEMS UPON REQUEST AND CUSTOM-DECORATED COSTUMES

No exchanges or refunds are made on custom decorated suits , if you are not familiar with my work, are afraid of getting the wrong size or have any doubts please contact me. I will be able to give you all the necessary directions and you can, for example, first buy the basic suits plain , once you receive them try them on and get all the advice you need, even sending me photos with the suits on via email and only after verifying that the size is right proceed to the custom decoration work. Once the work has begun, it is no longer possible to withdraw the purchase.
