Shipping and delivery
Shipping:
ITALY
simple costumes for men or women, shoes and ready-made and available items in general:
- shipping via Bartolini or SDA courier
-cost 10.50 euros
-orders arriving by 9.45 am are shipped the same day, after this time they are shipped the next working day
-delivery times are usually 1-2 working days for northern and central Italy, 2-3 for southern and islands, however consider that delivery times can extend up to 5 working days from the moment we receive the payment in periods of holidays, disadvantaged areas or misunderstandings caused by your absence or inaccuracy in indicating the address.

We strongly recommend choosing the 'Insured Express Courier' option (this protects both me and the customer in the event of any loss, which is rare but can occur)
cost 15 euros
delivery time 1-5 working days from the moment we receive payment for ready items or within the agreed time for items made on request.
For ready items, if you want to be sure of receiving them in 1-2 working days (2-3 for the south and islands), choose the 'Insured express courier, fast shipping' option.
If you need to receive the goods in a different manner and time than those indicated, contact me before making the payment, so that we can agree on costs and methods, especially if you have an upcoming competition, let me know the date of the competition.
In the event of tampering and/or breakages, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by placing the writing "GOODS CONTROL RESERVE" on the delivery document received from the courier or other operator. In case of failure to report on the document, no I will be able to refund any damage or loss of material. The customer must subsequently report any damage within 7 (seven) days of receiving the goods. After 7 days from delivery, I am no longer responsible for damage that occurs during transport.

Costs vary from area to area and are automatically calculated at checkout, delivery times are on average 3-5 working days once the shipment has been made, shipping takes place only after receiving payment.
